I am researching roan genetics for an American cocker article I am writing and ran across this page. The information is simple and the photos clarify. On a side note it is nice to see photos by so many people whose names I recognize. I started out with an English cocker from Scotland before I started breeding roan American cockers to show here in the US. Love the site. Hope it helps me explain roan to roan breeding to American cocker people.

We were given this site to look at at the Excell Dog show on Saturday,we have recently lost our beautiful tri colour cocker spaniel called Henry,we have had him since a 6 week old puppy and he would have been coming up tohis 13th birthday at christmas .
We would like a new puppy possibly an orange roan bitch or a chocolate liver roan bitch this time as we will never be able to replace henry he was quite a character .

What an informative site. Sadly we recently had our lovely blue roan boy ,Bertie put to sleep. We took him on almost 13 years ago knowing he was somewhat interbred & as expected he had a lot of problems in his life, but with good vets, love & his courage, he had, I think a happy life. I have had cockers since childhood, almost 50 years & am now looking for a parti-colour puppy, although probably not a blue roan this time as there could never be another Bertie.

Beginning to look for a Orange Roan/Blue Roan Spaniel.
We have had two Welsh Springer Spaniels in the past. They died 4years ago and we are now thinking of having a pup.
We would like advice on Breeders in the South West if possible please.

Bitcoin Crypto Investment
My investment experience with bitcoins.
There is no doubt that bitcoin is a trend today and there is a lot of success in the business world, because people prefer to save money in their wallets than in banks, last summer I lost about $54,000 due to the fall in the price of bitcoins. A colleague at work who knew my suffering in the field of bitcoin savings led me (   ) where I can store and invest my bitcoins with more than 100% profit margin. At first I was skeptical, so I decided to try it for just $500. I was amazed after 12 hours I made another $1,500 and was able to make an immediate withdrawal and since then I have invested and made more money. Investing bitcoins with   changed my life when I made more than $176,000. You can contact  to Enjoy endless possibilities.

We've just collected our blue roan and tan puppy, she's named her Barley. This will be the second English Cocker we have had the pure unadulterated pleasure of owning. We are currently in the "all or nothing" puppy stage - full on playing or asleep ! But we are looking forward to watching her grow and seeing all her little personality traits develop into adulthood.

frown frown Just been looking on your website, which has given me great comfort, after we have just had our tri-colour cocker spaniel Hector put to sleep age 13yrs,he developed pancreatis, suddenley,he started yelping and running around ,could not understand why, this was probably why,he was very handsome and we got him at 13mths,he had been a show dog,but wanted to be a lap dog,he was our 3rd spaniel and the laziest
I miss him terribly and hope to get another spaniel at sometime.thankyou for the lovely pictures of your dogs x

I'm so sorry, we share your pain, we lost our beautiful two year old cocker "Rio" after a long illness. We were desperately sad and are still grieving for her.
We have now just got a new cocker puppy who will of course not replace Rio but is bringing us enormous joy and we are amazed at how quickly we have fallen in love again.
You will know when the time is right for another and no one can take away your beautiful memories of Hector in the meantime. Good luck x

We are looking for a cocker puppy right now. We always had them when I was a child and now my boys are teenagers and I am at home we can finally get our own puppy. Any recommendations for breeders of Lemon or Orange parti Show Cockers would be appreciated.
